Welcome to this community. This is not a public marketplace for randomness; it is a protected space for constructive exchange, deep discussions, and exclusive content.

We encourage debates on subjects, but never attacks on people.

2. Privacy is Sacred (Anti-Doxing)
What happens in this community stays in this community.
Publishing private data (Doxing)—whether belonging to members or third parties—will lead to immediate legal reporting and a lifelong ban across all connected channels.
3. No Advertising, No Spam, No Leeching
This is a place for content, not for your sales pitch.
Self-promotion is prohibited: Links to your own channels, products, or affiliate programs without explicit permission will be deleted.
Spam: Anyone flooding comment sections with copy-paste text or irrelevant garbage will lose their access.
4. Quality of Contributions
We value substance.
Posts that consist solely of provocation or intentionally spread disinformation to divide the community will be removed.

5. Right of Admission (House Rights)
I (the creator) and my moderation team reserve the right to moderate content at our own discretion.
No discussion of mod decisions: Anyone who publicly revolts against a moderation decision proves they have not understood the rules. Settle concerns privately or accept the judgment.
Once out, always out: Anyone banned for rule violations will not receive a second chance.

🚫 Legally Prohibited Content (Jurisdiction: Germany)
The following points are strictly prohibited in this community. Violations will be deleted and may be reported to the authorities:
1. Offenses Against Public Order & the State
Incitement to Hatred (§ 130 StGB): Inciting hatred, calling for violence, or arbitrary measures against segments of the population or specific groups.
Use of Symbols of Unconstitutional Organizations (§ 86a StGB): Displaying symbols, flags, uniforms, or greetings of banned parties or associations.
Solicitation of Crimes (§ 111 StGB): Publicly calling for unlawful acts.
Rewarding and Approving Crimes (§ 140 StGB): Endorsing serious crimes (e.g., murder, robbery, terrorism).
2. Protection of Personal Rights
Insult, Defamation & Slander (§§ 185, 186, 187 StGB): Defamatory statements or the spreading of untruths about individuals.
Violation of the Confidentiality of the Word (§ 201 StGB): Publishing private audio recordings without consent.
Doxing (GDPR Violation): Publishing private data (addresses, phone numbers, private emails) without express consent.
Right to One’s Own Image (§ 22 KUG): Distributing images of other persons without their consent.
3. Protection of Minors & Violence Prevention
Distribution of Pornographic Content (§ 184 StGB): Sharing pornographic material, especially depictions harmful to minors.
Depiction of Violence (§ 131 StGB): Content describing cruel or inhumane acts of violence against humans or human-like beings that glorifies or trivializes such acts.
Content Harmful to Minors (JMStV): Content that severely endangers the development of children or adolescents.
4. Copyright & Intellectual Property
Copyright Infringement (UrhG): Sharing copyrighted works (films, music, software, texts, images) without the necessary licenses.
Trademark Infringement: Unauthorized use of protected brands or logos in a business context.
5. Economy & Media Law
Surreptitious Advertising (§ 5a UWG / § 22 MStV): Commercial content must be labeled as such. Hiding commercial intent is prohibited.
Illegal Gambling: Advertising for or participating in illegal gambling without a German license.
By now, most things should have been clearly communicated; everything else is subject to common sense and general etiquette!

Willkommen in dieser Community. Dies ist kein öffentlicher Marktplatz für Beliebigkeit, sondern ein geschützter Raum für konstruktiven Austausch, tiefgreifende Diskussionen und exklusiven Content.
Wer hier Mitglied ist, verpflichtet sich zur Einhaltung der folgenden Regeln. Gnadenlos.
1. Null-Toleranz bei Respektlosigkeit
Diskussionen in der Sache sind erwünscht, Angriffe auf Personen nicht.
Kein Mobbing, keine Beleidigungen, kein Herabwürdigen. Wer andere Mitglieder oder den Creator persönlich angreift, fliegt sofort – ohne Vorwarnung und ohne Anspruch auf Rückerstattung des Beitrags.
Trolling wird nicht geduldet. Wer nur hier ist, um Unruhe zu stiften oder die Atmosphäre zu vergiften, wird permanent gesperrt.
2. Privatsphäre ist heilig (Anti-Doxing)
Was in dieser Community passiert, bleibt in dieser Community.
Das Veröffentlichen von privaten Daten (Doxing) – egal ob von Mitgliedern oder Dritten – führt zur sofortigen Anzeige und lebenslangen Sperre auf allen verbundenen Kanälen.
3. Keine Werbung, kein Spam, kein Schmarotzertum
Dies ist ein Ort für Inhalte, nicht für deine Sales-Pitch.
Eigenwerbung ist untersagt: Links zu eigenen Kanälen, Produkten oder Affiliate-Programmen ohne explizite Genehmigung werden gelöscht.
Spam: Wer die Kommentarspalten mit Copy-Paste-Texten oder irrelevantem Müll flutet, verliert seinen Zugang.
4. Qualität der Beiträge
Wir legen Wert auf Substanz.
Beiträge, die nur aus Provokation bestehen oder absichtlich Desinformation streuen, um die Community zu spalten, werden entfernt.
Kritik? Ja. Destruktives Meckern? Nein.
5. Das Hausrecht
Ich (der Creator) und mein Moderatoren-Team behalten uns das Recht vor, Inhalte nach eigenem Ermessen zu moderieren.
Keine Diskussion über Mod-Entscheidungen: Wer öffentlich gegen eine Moderationsentscheidung revoltiert, zeigt, dass er die Regeln nicht verstanden hat. Kläre Anliegen privat oder akzeptiere das Urteil.
Einmal raus, immer raus: Wer wegen Regelverstößen gesperrt wurde, erhält keine zweite Chance.

🚫 Gesetzlich verbotene Inhalte (für den Standort: Deutschland)
Die folgenden Punkte sind in dieser Community streng untersagt. Verstöße werden gelöscht und können zur Anzeige gebracht werden:
1. Straftaten gegen die öffentliche Ordnung & den Staat
Volksverhetzung (§ 130 StGB): Aufstachelung zum Hass, Aufruf zu Gewalt oder Willkürmaßnahmen gegen Teile der Bevölkerung oder gegen nationale, religiöse oder durch ihre ethnische Herkunft bestimmte Gruppen.
Verwenden von Kennzeichen verfassungswidriger Organisationen (§ 86a StGB): Zeigen von Symbolen, Fahnen, Uniformen oder Grußformen verbotener Parteien oder Vereinigungen.
Aufforderung zu Straftaten (§ 111 StGB): Wer öffentlich zu rechtswidrigen Taten aufruft, macht sich strafbar.
Belohnung und Billigung von Straftaten (§ 140 StGB): Das Gutheißen von schweren Verbrechen (z. B. Mord, Raub, Terrorismus).
2. Schutz der Persönlichkeitsrechte
Beleidigung, Üble Nachrede & Verleumdung (§§ 185, 186, 187 StGB): Ehrverletzende Äußerungen oder das Verbreiten von unwahren Tatsachen über Personen.
Verletzung der Vertraulichkeit des Wortes (§ 201 StGB): Veröffentlichung privater Audioaufnahmen ohne Zustimmung.
Doxing (Verletzung des Datenschutzes/DSGVO): Das Veröffentlichen privater Daten (Adressen, Telefonnummern, private E-Mails) ohne ausdrückliche Einwilligung.
Recht am eigenen Bild (§ 22 KUG): Das Verbreiten von Bildnissen anderer Personen ohne deren Einwilligung.
3. Jugendschutz & Gewaltprävention
Verbreitung pornografischer Inhalte (§ 184 StGB): Das Teilen von pornografischem Material, insbesondere jugendgefährdende Darstellungen.
Gewaltdarstellung (§ 131 StGB): Inhalte, die grausame oder sonst unmenschliche Gewalthandlungen gegen Menschen oder menschenähnliche Wesen schildern und das Grausame verherrlichen oder verharmlosen.
Jugendgefährdende Inhalte (JMStV): Inhalte, die die Entwicklung von Kindern oder Jugendlichen zu einer eigenverantwortlichen Persönlichkeit schwer gefährden.
4. Urheberrecht & Geistiges Eigentum
Urheberrechtsverletzungen (UrhG): Das Teilen von urheberrechtlich geschützten Werken (Filme, Musik, Software, Texte, Bilder) ohne die erforderlichen Lizenzen oder Rechte.
Markenrechtsverletzungen: Unbefugte Nutzung geschützter Marken oder Logos in einem geschäftlichen Kontext.
5. Wirtschaft & Medienrecht
Schleichwerbung & Fehlende Werbekennzeichnung (§ 5a UWG / § 22 MStV): Kommerzielle Inhalte müssen als solche gekennzeichnet sein. Das Verschleiern von Werbeabsichten ist verboten.
Verbotene Glücksspiele: Werbung für oder Teilnahme an illegalem Glücksspiel ohne deutsche Lizenz.
Nun sollte wohl das meiste klar kommuniziert worden sein; alles andere unterliegt dem gesunden Menschenverstand und der allgemeinen Etikette!
